The Motor Control centers are manufactured to particular requirements individually designed (i.e. custom built) with the following features:

  • Cubicle made out of 2MM. CRCA Sheets with basic framed structure fully compartmentalized, floor mounted with base frame made out of ISMC 75.

  • Front & back access through hinged front door & bolted rear door, Hinged door will have concealed or open hinges.

  • All doors will have gaskets for providing a protection feature as per IP-54/IP-55 as required. 

  • Un-drilled removable gland plates either at bottom or top are provided Maximum length of shipping section will be 2500mm.

  • Eyebolts are provided for lifting purposes earthling by continuous run of earth strip & studs projecting out for external connections.

  • The Bus bar will be rated for Short Circuit withstands capacity up to 50KA for1 second tested by CPRI. The Bus bars are heat shrinkable sleeve insulated high conductivity aluminum alloy E91E, Maximum rating 3000A. The Bus bar supports for 50KA Short Circuit rated panels will be FRP Suitable braced.

 
 

Each vertical section of MCC is arranged as follows:

Main Busbar chamber at top horizontal section, 300mm height.

Incomer & vertical raiser & feeder modules on the main vertical section 500/600mm wide.

Vertical dropper Bus chamber in between 2 main vertical sections, 400mm wide Dropper bus chambers max.  Rating 800A.
